  1. Select a committee person to lead this area.
  2. Confirm with facility our usage of their kitchen facilities.
    • Confirm what facilities are included.
    • Confirm we have access to storage in freezers for frozen items.
    • Confirm private sleeping facilities for cooking team.
  3. If local people want to serve a special meal or meals for the team, that is always appreciated and gives our cooks a much needed break (they normally provide up to four meals a day for the team). Please notify our cooking volunteer coordinator if this is planned and for what day. Sometimes an initial meal on the first day provided locally helps in the transition from the previous location.
  4. Communicate with our OEW Assistants at our office about all items relating to food logistics.
