The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
Okay, so I know there's this huge song about how Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, and I definitely agree with that. However, Christmas really comes twice a year for those of us working on Warrior Leadership Summit and On Eagles' Wings. No, I haven't strung up lights or chopped down another tree (at least not yet!), but when we get to see all of you in just a few short weeks, it will be one of the best presents we could get!
That's right - WLS is just a few weeks away...56 days from now, to be exact. Hopefully that doesn't send you into panic mode, but rather gets you excited for the amazing time we're going to have together. As we're talking with leaders, regardless of the group size they're brining, you can taste the anticipation of what God is going to do in the lives of hundreds of warriors this year at WLS.
Whether you're just starting fundraising, or you've sold more Indian tacos than I can eat in a year (that's a lot!), remember - IT'S NOT TOO LATE! Make sure you check out the WLS website or DVD for fundraising ideas, talk to churches, call your friends, donate plasma - okay, maybe not that last one - but jump on it so that you don't miss out on what is sure to be a life-changing experience for your warriors.
